Employee Onboarding

Hi Team, 

I am unable to send onboarding documents to our new employee since this morning. Anyone facing the same issues as it is showing an error message as below. Can someone confirm how i can resolve it asap.

  • I am having the same issue - what is the status of fix on not being able to view / print pdf version of Onboarding data

    I am currently experiencing this now, I have tried ssending in the browser as well but not allowing. Can you asssist please

    Hey DH2,

     

    You’ve already tried sending the onboarding through the browser, so since it’s still giving you the same result, the best move now is to reach out to our team. This way, they can take a closer look and sort out what’s blocking the onboarding. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
