Employee Self Onboarding didn't work

I sent the onboarding email to a new employee.  He completed all the sections, and submitted it.  (He has shown me that it was in fact completed).  None of the information came through to MYOB.  WHY??

    I did the same this week 21.06.2024 - again completed by employee - none of the information came through to MYOB WHY INDEED???
