Employee Self-onboarding

Hello

 

Is there a way to change the email address for the person receiving the onboarding confirmation? I have just onboarded someone, and got a reply to my company email address saying they had completed the onboarding. I would like the onboarding confirmation email to be sent to the generic company email address not my company email address.

    Thank you for reaching out, and we appreciate your patience with the delay in our response.

     

    In MYOB, the individual who logs into the file and invites an employee is the one who will receive confirmation of the submission. This is designed to ensure that the person managing the onboarding process is kept informed of its progress. If you would like the onboarding confirmation email to be sent to a generic company email address, you may want to consider logging in and inviting the employee using that generic email address.
