Employee Super not showing in STP EOY report

I have 2 out of 50 plus Employees that don't have Super showing on the STP report for End of Year.


I have send updated pay events for them individually 5 times, and for the entire 50 employees 3 times, and the figures refuse to update. In Previous years, 3-4 updates usually gets the job done - not this year

 

They have been un-terminated in both MYOB and STP, and yet nothing.

 

The Super category is set up correctly for STP (It is the same category for all employees).

 

Anyone else experiencing this? It is beyond frustrating.

    Hi toddandrh,

     

    You're really in the thick of it with those two employees' super not showing in the STP EOY report, it’s hard when things don't update like they should! I’d suggest checking the Payroll Activity and Payroll Register reports for those two employees. If those reports don't match, it’s likely because a manual adjustment was made in Pay History. If the reports do match, then it might be caused by ATO reporting categories that have not been assigned correctly or by payroll categories that have exempted from PAYG Withholding in error. Therefore, since you’ve mentioned that set up is the same as the remaining employees, it’s best to reach out our MYOB team through our virtual assistant MOCA or drop a support ticket via MyAccount to check this further, they'll be able to help you sort this out!

    Thanks for the reply.

    As mentioned earlier, everything is set up correctly. The error is on the MYOB side, not ours. There has also been no manual adjustments done for either employee.

     

    I will lodge a support ticket, but MYOB needs to fix the issue. It isn't a one off occurrence that it takes forever for information to update.

    I have the same problem. It is a Myob error. Totally agree with you. All my reports are correct, but the verification report is not showing a reversal I correctly reversed, so there must be a bug that Myob need to fix

    I am still waiting for Myob to contact me. They just send messages to say ask the community. Very frustrating
