I still cannot save my wages

When will this problem be fixed as I have to process my wages today?

    Hi MTG1 

     

    Thanks for your post.

     

    When you tried to process the pay run, did you receive any error message? Also, if you recently upgraded your file to 2023.5, the default Pay cycle will be Bonus/Commission. Make sure to select the correct Pay cycle. Lastly, please process the pay run again. If you have an ongoing pay run, please disregard it and start a new one. Please let me know how it goes.

      This does not work. It appears that the connection between MYOB and STP is not working.

       

      It times out and tells you to close and you lose everything. Pays have to go to the bank TODAY.
