Thanks for your post. It's great to have you here in the Community forum.
In this matter, you may need to try to process Payrun first using the web browser. If you're able to process Payrun on the web browser, close AccountRight on your desktop and try again.
If you still have the same error we have a timeout extender, which has allowed some of our users to overcome those timeout-related errors.
