Issue while posting the payroll

Hi Team,

 

I am having the below error while posting the payroll in MYOB account right. Tried log out and log in several times however, keep facing the error.

    Thanks for your post. It's great to have you here in the Community forum.

     

    In this matter, you may need to try to process Payrun first using the web browser. If you're able to process Payrun on the web browser, close AccountRight on your desktop and try again.

     

    If you still have the same error we have a timeout extender, which has allowed some of our users to overcome those timeout-related errors.
