Does anyone know why this error message comes up when I type in 37.5 for Holiday leave loading?
I seems to be adding the totals from leave & leave loading to get this error.
Usually only get this error on Holiday leave if an employee doesn't have enough leave.

Based on the numbers listed in the message (2 x 37.50) I would assume you have Holiday Leave Loading listed in the Linked Wages Category for the Annual Leave Accrual. Generally, you would only have one linked wage category per entitlement as you want to reduce the entitlement by one amount.
To correct this situation use the following process:
The above process would be required to check the linked wages category associated with entitlement. Having the one category linked will only pay out one set of hours for the employee's leave.

- Select the Entitlements tab
- Select the required entitlement i.e. Annual Leave Accrual
