Based on the numbers listed in the message (2 x 37.50) I would assume you have Holiday Leave Loading listed in the Linked Wages Category for the Annual Leave Accrual. Generally, you would only have one linked wage category per entitlement as you want to reduce the entitlement by one amount.
To correct this situation use the following process:
- Navigate to Payroll>>Payroll Categories
- Select the Entitlements tab
- Select the required entitlement i.e. Annual Leave Accrual
- Review what is listed as the Linked Wage Category - ideally, you want the one category ticked i.e. Holiday Leave
- Select Ok
The above process would be required to check the linked wages category associated with entitlement. Having the one category linked will only pay out one set of hours for the employee's leave.
