MYOB EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING

This week 6 new employees were invited to onboard - they complied and the auto response said all was complete including bank details -  however this was not true - pay method was set at cash with no bank details - is this an error in the software and when will it be fixed?

    I too have noticed this as well! It started happening since last few weeks.

    Please check their TFN number in Myob, that is also not coming through. But when you print the PDF of their onboaring page, you would see TFN provided!

    It seems like there might be an issue with the integration between Flare and MYOB. While we haven't heard of any problems with this recently, we can look into it further with Flare. In the meantime, please ensure there's no TFN listed in the employee card file before submitting the onboarding. You'll also need to manually add the missing bank details and TFN for new employees. Please partner with our live chat support so we can investigate further.  Head on over to http://myob.com/contactus and click the purple speech bubble (lower righthand corner) to open MOCA. From there type in "get help from a support agent" and this will give you a link to open a live chat. Also, you can raise a support ticket via My Account.
