It seems like there might be an issue with the integration between Flare and MYOB. While we haven't heard of any problems with this recently, we can look into it further with Flare. In the meantime, please ensure there's no TFN listed in the employee card file before submitting the onboarding. You'll also need to manually add the missing bank details and TFN for new employees. Please partner with our live chat support so we can investigate further. Head on over to http://myob.com/contactus and click the purple speech bubble (lower righthand corner) to open MOCA. From there type in "get help from a support agent" and this will give you a link to open a live chat. Also, you can raise a support ticket via My Account.
