MYOB Payroll - Payruns Won't Load

Has anyone else had weeks of not being able to process payroll as the wheel of doom continues to "Load" but never does. 

 

I have contacted support but so far no response.

 

This means no payslips are going out and nothing is going to the ATO.

 

Can anyone assist?

    Hi Komradatg,

     

    I see that you're having an issue with processing payroll. No worries, I'm here to lend a hand! I've checked your account and applied some fixes to your file. Please log out and log in again to see if it resolves the loading page when you process payroll. If it continues, you may need to visit help sites like myob.com/support or myaccount.myob.com to find MOCA, our virtual assistant. If MOCA can't help, you'll be automatically directed to our live chat team.
