MYOB team approving manager

When I try click more... on the myob team app and go to approve timesheets it just goes around and around and does not connect.  I am set up as an approving manager in the myob team portal and have staff under me.  Why wont it connect on the mobile app?

    Do you get any particular error message after a few minutes ? Are you able to uninstall and reinstall the app. 

     

    Do let me know how it goes.
