Sorry to see that no one has offered assistance with your query. This can sometimes happen if something is changed or the user was not set up correctly. Can you go through the steps in this Help Article and make sure all the fields are set up correctly? - Getting started with MYOB Team.
If that all looks correct, you please try removing the user from the location then re-invite them, and let us know if that resolves the error?
If the error still occurs after trying the above, could you also reply with a screenshot of the error message and the last 4 digits of your Serial Number?
