Name Rejected for Pay Super

I'm trying to make the December super payment through AR Pay Super but the system is rejecting the person's first name - says it's invalid. I have the correct, legal name.

 

Any suggestions as to how I proceed?

    Thank you for the post and for letting us know your concern. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an error with your Pay Super. Please provide me with a screenshot of the error so I can further look into this.
