new employee on Team App

Just wondering if the Team App has been fixed?  A new employee is onboarded all details etc are correct and the new employee is added correctly to Teams on computer, but when they go to down load the Team app for first time on their phone, it just keeps failing.  it wont let the new employee add his/her details on the app.  the phone is an apple phone so it should be working well.

    Hi Isaiah

    As the employee clicks on the app, the app opens but when you click to sign in, it closes down.  He has tried uninstalling multiple times and the problem keeps occurring.  he cant get a screen shot of any error message.

    Thank you for the information. Try to restart the mobile phone as it may affect the application from crashing and uninstall and re-install again if possible. Let me know how it goes.
