Not Tax Ready

Hi Everyone,

 

I have completed payroll reporting and finalisation in early July. Everyone has accessed their income statement/payment summary vis My Gov except for one employee who is showing Not tax Ready on his end. All employee's have a tick next to their names in STP to show finalised. Is this an issue on our end or with the ATO?

    Thanks for your post. Check that the finalisation report was accepted without errors. If it was, you will need to check with the ATO why that employee hasn't been updated to Tax Ready. If the report was accepted with errors you will need to fix the cause of the error, unfinalise that employee, process a $0 pay with payment date as 30 June and refinalise.

    HI,

     

    Can you please tell me where do I check that it was accepted without errors? On the YTD finalisation report everyone has a tick nect to their name.

    The finalisation report will be an update event report in the Payroll reporting centre>>Reports tab.
