Thanks for your post.
If there is a red 'X' showing against one of your super payments, please do click on the line then mouse over for more error details. Please note that AccountRight checks for error from the top of the list, and stops when it finds the first error. Once the error is fixed, it can then proceed to check the rest of the list.
The red 'X' generally is pointing to some of the employee or Super Fund information is missing, or incorrect. Please do follow the error detail and check the relevant information in AccountRight. You can refer to this article for more details: Troubleshooting Pay Super payments.
If the error is still just with the postcode could you try to remove any extra spaces?
