Payday Super - Reminders for authorisation

That makes sense, an alert would help the authoriser know when super is ready to pay. 

There’s an Ideas Exchange board where our product teams keep an eye on feature requests and suggestions from the community. These ideas help the team understand what improvements are important to customers when considering future enhancements. Thanks, that's easy enough. We're using MYOB only now. Everything else is straight forward, just need to find out how we can get alerts for authorisation reminders so this doesn't happen again! Thanks.

Hopefully but don’t hold your breath! They’re very slow to respond.

Would be nice if we could get our authorisers validated!! 

Hi Doreen, thank you for acknowledging my concerns. However, with AI I still think the staff that works on development could be alerted to the concerns MYOB users have.

   In addition, Not all MYOB users would use the MYOB Community Hub.

SSS-234. I have my own system fortunately. Just a simple spreadsheet with a column to tick off when the Super payments have been authorised. 

It works for me. But it would be good if MYOB had a built-in reminder pop-up notice.

MYOB validated our authorisers shortly after posting this.
