Payroll Activity Detail Report - Entitlement total does not match up

Hi,

 

I need help understanding why the payroll activity detail report is not showing the total hours for long service leave. The employee has 400.769 total in long service leave accrual but the report shows 77.269 (which is the carry over and year-to-date amount).

 

Can someone explain why the total does not match up? Does MYOB not take into account the balance adjustment 323.50 for the employee on the Payroll Activity Detail Report?

    Hi strinh, 

     

    Thanks for your post. Can you please run the Entitlement balance summary & Entitlement balance (Detail) report. These two reports will show the balances based on what has been processed through pay runs. 

     

    If there is a difference shown, please refer to our Help Article Viewing an employee's entitlement balances which has information under FAQ Why is there a 'Difference' shown on the Entitlement Balance (Detail) report? on what you will need to do to resolve this.
