Payroll EOFY Salary Sacrifice Totals not equaling actual paid and entered in MYOB

Hello.  I am trying to process Payroll EOFY and everything balances except for the Salary Sacrifice Totals. These are not equaling the actual amount paid and entered in MYOB.

Where is the best place to look for this? 

I have checked that the deductions for salary sacrifice in MYOB all show as "Salary Sacrifice - Other Deduction".

Can you please advise where else I should be checking?
