Heading on annual leave and wanted to do payroll in advance whihc i have never had a problem doing but this time it would be in the new financial year - is it possible or have to do all the end of year functions first?

Doing payroll in advance for new financial year is possible. However, those transactions will not yet show up until you move to the new financial year. Please let me know how it goes.
