Payroll reporting not working

Can anybody advise if MYOB has been able to fix this issue which is everywhere. I use the installed version and the one touch doesn't work. I called MYOB and they know but they cant fix apparently so not sure if anyone has worked out a work around.

  • Service sadly is really bad given this is an ATO requirement.

     

    My error says its an error at MYOB's end, not mine and to retry later which obviously doesn't work.

     

    I spoke to them weeks ago and yes waited an hour I think. They then confirmed people have the same problem everywhere and they don't know how to fix and said they would email me some things to look at which is just this community.

     

    They are not communicating with anyone even their MYOB partners. 

     

    What version of windows are you on.

    I assume you are encountering a "Something went wrong at our end" error when accessing the Payroll Reporting Centre? If so, this is a message that our teams are looking into for a number of different users. However, we don't have built-in resolution at this time.

     

    In the meantime do make sure that you are on a later Operating System such as Windows 8.1 or 10 - earlier Operating Systems are not supported as per the System requirements. As to accessing the Payroll Reporting Centre, you can do this by using the browser interface which doesn't appear to be impacted by the same situation as the Desktop application.

    you are making an assumption that are files are online when saying go via "web browser: - not many of our clients WANT to be online!
