No systems are showing as down on the web. Is anyone else having this same issue?
Yes, I have cleared the cache.
ATO had a message saying "not sent", and there is a green button to "Send to ATO" which seems to allow a "resend" - Will try that now.

Not working - you have to go into the browser to send. I am sure MYOB IS aware and it is the new way we will have to do it from now on.
Having the same problem and cannot log a support ticket because of the open error window. If I chose not to declare the payroll then I'm sure that will create further angst. Surely you would report this to MYOB Support being a moderator?
So did you have to select not to declare the payroll first? Otherwise it's just a continual loop with the error. If you don't declare how do you then fix that?

I'm having the same issue. I had to process without the declaration and report later.
Currently under STP reports it says "sending"
is that done via Payroll, Payroll reporting?
Also experiencing the same issue. I will process without declaration and then see if I can do the reporting via the online platform.
Ok so went to check the declaration online and it is still sending it anyway. So it appears to work regardless. You should be able to process payroll as per usual.
