Hi eustace2800
This warning message can occur if there is less leave balance available than you're trying to process. Please check the current leave balance for the leave accrual category against which this error is appearing?
If the employee has enough leave to cover the amount of leave being taken, the warning message can be safely ignored.

Hi Tracey,
One employee is on negitave holidays(this has to do with the previous issues we are having with the EOY) the other employee is only casual and does not accrue any holidays - but is still showing up with the neg error.
i tried a dummy payrun this morning just to double check

Hi eustace2800
If you do the payrun for all the employees and leave out the one with negative balance, is it still showing the same error message ?
