Payroll

Extremely frustated about this issue.

 

Unsure of what is causing it as well as the MYOB Technical team as they could nto be able to sorted this out so far (July 06th 2022)

Just processing a weekly payrun (the first one for the new Financial Year), everything goes fine untill you press RECORD, everything goes to mode slow processing and then next screem you will see if the one with not transaction recorded at all, and the extra are:

 

1. STP never ask for confirmation.

2. Wages were not recorded for the week.

3. As a result, not pays lip to be sent or print.

4. all date input LOST (Hours, manual leave input, inclusive data from MYOB Team lost).

5. Not capacity to create an ABA file as noting was recorded from MYOB.

 

It took me 2h and 15 min to get someone over the phone, and after 45 minumes trying the respond was our specialist will call you TODAY with a solution as they could not fixed.

 

Again, extremely frustated about this issue.

    I've just run a script over your file that should correct errors like these. Please close, then reopen your software for the effects of the script to apply. 

     

    Please let me know if the issue persists.

    Thank You Sam,

     

    It is amazing the gat in problem solving skills bewteen the people you get to talk from MYOB (1300) and the one you get to deal with on this community group from MYOB.

     

    It took you less that 5 min to get it fixed and me over 5 hours (2 last night and 3 today) trying to talk to someone to get it fixed.

     

    Anyway the end result is what we are after, so thank you very much Sam.
