Our payslips are showing all the YTD payrates that have been paid in the past but no longer needed, is there a way of just showing the Total figures for YTD gross, tax and net without showing all the payrates that have been paid?

In order for the YTD pay rates not to be included in payslips, kindly go to Setup > Preferences > Select Reports & Forms tab > Untick "Include all YTD amounts and Entitlement Balances on Paycheque Stubs" > Then hit OK. Please refer to the screenshot below.
