Random pays deleted during pay run

During the pay run random employees pays showed up as deleted prior to finalising the bank file?

    Thanks for your post. The Employee field in the Employee Pays window is pulled from the employee card>>Name fields:

     

     

     

     

    You would need to go into the employee cards and change the name fields to the employee names. If employees are no longer employed by the business you would need to enter the termination details and make the card Inactive.
