I have the same problem. But when I select the Unused Annual Leave Category, it won't let me accept this as the Unused Annual Leave is set up as a termination category?

Thanks for your post. If you're trying to reduce the annual leave accrual balance by the hours paid as unused annual leave you need to open the annual leave entitlement payroll category and select Unused annual leave. Having a look at the account linked to your Forum log in you're using AccountRight:
