Registered Name for SMSF will not populate

We have been trying to complete the  pay super set up and despite putting in the correct ABN's the registered name box will not populate for the staff that have a SMSF

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    The issue is occurring because the SMSF registration was never re- registered with the new serial number or new pay super service because they already existed. Because SMSF cannot be modified, you must generate new self-manage funds and allocate them to the appropriate employee. 

     

    SMSF also cannot be deleted from the superannuation fund list. If payments have been made to them. Once the SMSF has been formed again, assign it to the relevant employee and you should be able to pay super on these funds.
