Report Not emailing - no outlook installed

I don't have outlook on my laptop but need to be able to send reports/payslips etc when using the laptop for payroll.

I tried sending a report by email but got a message saying that I needed to change the default settings.

 

The email address I use to login works but it is no longer a useable email address.

 

Help please.

 

This is a new problem as I have just had to install a new Outlook on my PC but need to move between the PC and Laptop if/when travelling.
