I was able to look at the screenshot you attached. If you can see a scroll bar on the right, kindly scroll down and hover your cursor on the lower right of the window and drag the arrow diagonally toward the upper left of the window until you'll see the button to save your changes. There is no scroll bar anywhere so cannot save to amend new amount

Yes the ok button was hiding not sure why as other pages it shows up 

had to minimize page and scroll to find it
