Salary Sacrifice not reducing PAYG

We have PBI Salary Sacrifice where it's a pre-tax deduction and so reduce the employees PAYG when applied.

I've had no problem with this working until I set up a new payroll category deduction for our last pay run and the new one, set up exactly as the old ones, isn't going through as pre-tax and the PAYG isn't being reduced.

I assuming this is due to an upgrade as I haven't set up a new Deduction for Salary Sacrifice for at least 6 months.

Insight on what's changed or where to look would be appreciated.

Hi Gail, Try going into new the category you just set up, and ensure you tick the box that excludes PAYG.
