I have just realized that the automatic super payments in MYOB don't pick up the salary sacrificed super. I've got no idea why. Is it possible to change the settings so that salary sacrificed amounts are also picked up when we process SGC?

Totally get the frustration. MYOB keeps SGC and salary sacrifice separate, so the auto super run won’t grab the sacrifice by default. You can set up salary sacrifice for staff who want to chip in extra each pay, and once it’s linked to their card it’ll flow through with Pay Super. You can check this articles on how to set up salary sacrifice and to add an additional superannuation contribution to your employee.

Thank you. I've already been through all the articles and checked that everything is set up correctly. It all seems to be correct but the auto payments are still not picking up the salary sacrificed amounts. Where would I be going wrong?
