Signing up for pay super Account Right

We are trying to sign up for pay super in account right. We are getting as far as entering the bank code but it hasn't come through. I have tried over several weeks and I am now stuck on this window.

Any suggestions?

    Hi MacOptimist,

     

    That must be frustrating to be stuck getting the bank code for several weeks now. Since you haven't received your bank code, the best next step is to contact our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA. They'll be able to look into what's going on and help get it sorted for you.

    Thanks Doreen, i tried that. It wasn’t helpful. Seems like a virtual assistant. Is it possible to get help from a support team member?

    Hi MacOptimist

     

    The best way to get help from the support team is via the MyAccount window or live chat through MOCA. If you haven't been able to connect with a live chat agent, it's best to create a support ticket from the MyAccount window instead.
