Staff Member Unable to Download Payslip

Hi a staff member has reported that he can no longer down load his pay slip and that it says that he has not got the right app but he was able to do so on the past fortnights pay run. Can anyone assist.

    If you're using the MYOB Team, then your employee should also be using the MYOB Team app. I would suggest downloading the right app for this and trying to re-download his pay slip. Here's a Help Article on Using the MYOB Team mobile app that he can use as a guide.

      Hi Sean, my staff member is not using the MYOB Team Mobile App. I email the pay slip from within the program.
