Standard pay details not populating after system upgrade

Salary staff hours, annual & sick leave accrual are missing when trying to process payroll.

    Thanks for your post.


    To make sure figures will automatically show up when processing pay, we need to check if the figures are entered already in employee standard pay. To check this, kindly go to Card File > Card Lists > Employee tab > Click the employee name > Payroll details > Standard pay. Make sure the figures are entered in standard pay so that when you process the pay run, the figures will automatically show up.
