STP reports haven't picked an ATO Reporting Category

Hi All,

 

Payroll Category settings:

Wages Name: Extra

ATO Reporting Category: Gross Payments

Type of Wages: Hourly

 

MYOB has recorded wages in this category for some employees and 'processed' them in STP reporting.  However, STP reports do not pick up this category.  May I know what's wrong and what is the solution?  It has caused the difference between a payroll report and a STP.  It needs to be resolved quickly for EOY STP finalization.

    I understand the importance of including the reporting category in your reports. Here’s a tip: compare the values in your Payroll Activity, Payroll Register, and YTD Verification reports. If the YTD Verification report is the only one that's off, you can create an update event to fix it.
