MYOB has super set correctly to 11% for FY2324. MYOB calculates super correctly for wages but not for overtime hours. I remove super as exempt for overtime hours and select OK. I do a dummy payrun and same problem. When I recheck, MYOB has reticked overtime hours as exempt from super?

In this matter, you will need to exempt the superannuation fund from being calculated against the wage category. Ensure that you have ticked and selected the "OK" button.
This can be done by going to Payroll >> Payroll Categories >> Superannuation >> Super Guarantee >> Select Exempt >> tick Overtime >> select Ok to save the changes. Kindly refer to their Help article, Checking and Adjusting Superannuation, for further information about this.
