Hi, an employee of mine had the same problem. I've just spoken with BT and they informed me that the Superwrap accounts were merged at the end of 2021 however they were accepting payments to the accounts and transferring the funds to the new accounts until the end of Sept 2022 when they officially closed the Superwrap accounts. The 'old' Superwrap accounts all became Panorama Super (USI 39827542991002) accounts however I would recommend confirming with your employee what their super details are and inform them of the merge.
