YTD not showing all pay categories

I have entered monthly pay slips for July - August 2022.  Not all YTD totals for all pay categories are showing on employee payslips. The preference is ticked on to include all YTD.

I am missing Penalty rates for Sat and Sunday and Employee purchases

Please advise how to fix this

thanks

    Hi Elisem,

    Thank you for your post.

Once you have rolled over to the new payroll year, YTD values are cleared on payslips and will not reappear until that payroll category has been used in a Pay run. Could you confirm if this is the case in your situation, or have you entered hours/amounts against these affected categories in this payroll year?

Hi Sam, thanks for response.  The categories not showing YTD are this financial year.  July and August.  Its all this payroll year

    Hi Elisem,

    Thanks for letting me know.

If possible, could you please provide an example of an affected payslip?

Thanks for getting back to me.  It seems to be timing issue.  I entered extra super after the payslip was done few days before the pay.  However, when I print out the final pay it does not calculate all the categories.  However, if I ask for two months of pays it does.  Hopefully it will all be there next month.  think its fixed hopefully
