YTD Verification not matching Payroll Summary report

Question

I have spent 4 days trying to get the YTD Verification report to match the Payroll Summary. It should not be this hard to reconcile a payroll. I have gone through all employees and found a couple of issues, which I fixed with the $0 pay, but I'm still out and I cannot find where or why. What will happen if I cannot reconcile the YTD verification?? The problem is not with the ETP's. They are fine.

Thanks Melisa,&nbsp;But after 5 days of going through all 1000 employees, including undoing the termination, running a $0 payrun and them putting the termination baqck on for almost 300 terminated employees, yesterday, we finally were able to get the YTD Verification report to match the Payroll Summary &amp; Register.

If you run the Payroll Activity and Payroll register report in AccountRight, do the figures match for the employees ?&nbsp;

Hi Melissa,&nbsp;Yes, they match exactly for all but one employee, whose child support deductions are not showing as deductions, they're showing as part of his net pay.

I will not mark this as accepted, because it is ridiculous that these needs to done every year, while other payroll systems have no such issues.
