YTD Verification Report
When I run the YTD Verification report for EOFY finalisation the Total Wages doesn't match up. I have narrowed it down to only one employee as all other employee figures match up with their final summary reports and the figures on the payroll activity report.
The difference in the amount is based on the last pay processed for this employee for the FY on 26th June. I had to reverse his pay due to an error in hours worked but then reprocessed the correct pay which was all accepted by the ATO. However the total wages on the YTD report is exactly less the amount of the gross wages in the reprocessed pay run. To be noted is the YTD report has calculated the superannuation correctly as these figures match up. All other employees figures match up on the YTD report with the payroll activity summary for the FY. Where do I go to from here to correct this / get these figures to match?
