BAS financial year has not updated in 'prepare BAS' screen for 2023

Hi, I am unable to prepare the July IAS as the dates are still set to choose between fy 2021 or 2022. What has changed? I haven't found this problem before now. Can anyone help please?

Hi&nbsp;Jayvee&nbsp;&nbsp;Many of MYOB's functions are controlled by the current FY as set under Setup &gt; Company Information. If this is showing 2021, check with your accountant of all transactions/adjustments for FY 2021 are complete, and if so, make a backup, call it Pre rollover to FY 2022.zip (or similar). Once the backup is complete, use File &gt; Close a Financial Year&nbsp; to close FY 2021 and roll to FY 2022. See if this now allows you to report for FY 2023. Note: sometimes online files don't update correctly until you log out and log back in.&nbsp;RegardsGavin
