Car Rental Account Code

Hello

I hired a car through work as was on a work trip recently interstate. 

Wondering what expense code in MYOB best to use? I don't have currently a GL Account for Hire Car and I was thinking either creating a specific one for it or renaming the one called "Motor Vehicle Other".

I'm happy to create a new expense code however I get confused with what the "levels" mean ie Level 2 or Level 3.

    Hi Watto82 

     

    You can create a new one or rename an existing one. It does not matter.

     

    Levels pretty much refers to the reporting layout. Level 1 being basic & level 4 more advanced and detail.
