Cloud Error message - Manual BAS preparation

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I'm hoping to get someone can help me with this error message please.&nbsp;I am trying to prepare my BAS using the Lodge Manually function and it keeps saying the cloud operation isn't valid.&nbsp;Is there a way to fix this? I am using the online file for MYOB and all operations with MYOB are working.&nbsp;&nbsp;Thanks Sharon&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Are you using an online company file? If so, I'd recommend lodging your BAS online.
&nbsp;
