Failed to fetch error when preparing BAS

Hi,

When I attempt to lodge BAS through MYOB, I follow the normal procedure of Accounts - Prepare BAS/IAS - Prepare Statement. Then after entering login details for I get an error message saying: "Failed to fetch"

 

Can someone please assist?

    Hi I am getting the same message when attempting to lodge our GST return. "Failed to fetch"

    I'm sorry to hear that you've had this issue. Could you please try using a different browser and let me know if the issue persists.

    Hi Sai

     

    Tried different browser made no difference.

    However, tried again this morning and problem did not occur and was able to submit GST return with no issues.

      Hi everyone!

       

      There was scheduled maintenance for ATO services on 1 and 2 August. In my understanding, the updates took time before they settled in. Rest assured, if you need any other help, don't hesitate to create a new thread in the forum.
