Help with transaction journal import

This article provides instructions on how to export the data template, open it in Excel, and edit or replace its contents with the data you intend to import. I have implemented a few changes on our side that should assist in resolving the issue. Kindly sign out and clear your AccountRight cache, then log back in before you try to import data again.

Should the problem continue, please duplicate the column you wish to link in the import file and assign it a new name. This will allow you to link the two different names and proceed with the import.
