    Hi Willmo1,

Thanks for your post and your patience in waiting for a response.

If you're looking to import MYOB files into Employment Hero, it would be best to reach out to Employment Hero's support team for assistance. On the other hand, if you're aiming to import a journal from Employment Hero to MYOB, I'd suggest checking their page to ensure the data is imported correctly into MYOB. There's also a resolved post that might be helpful, as it discusses some common issues encountered during journal import.

Please feel free to create a new post again if you require further assistance.

    Cheers,

    Princess

    Hi Willmo1,

    Thank you for your response.

Absolutely! If you encounter any errors during the import process, please feel free to send us the data for further assistance. Our Help article, Importing and Exporting Data, has lists and instructions on how to import journals, which could assist you.

On the other hand, you can also reach out to our virtual assistant, MOCA, on our website, or you can request support via my account at myob.com.

Please feel free to create a new post again if you need further help.

    Hi Willmo1,

    Thank you for your response.

Since I'm unable to identify the specific cause of the issue without an error log, I suggest following the steps outlined in our Help article: Importing and exporting data - Using an import template. This article provides instructions on how to export the data template, open it in Excel, and edit or replace its contents with the data you intend to import. Once you've made the necessary changes, you can then import the data into MYOB using this template.

Please feel free to create a new post if you require further assistance.

If my response has answered your inquiry, please click "Accept as Solution" to help other users find this information.

    Cheers,

    Hi Willmo1,

Thanks for providing the error log.

I have implemented a few changes on our side that should assist in resolving the issue. Kindly sign out and clear your AccountRight cache, then log back in before you try to import data again.

Should the problem continue, please duplicate the column you wish to link in the import file and assign it a new name. This will allow you to link the two different names and proceed with the import.

Feel free to create a new post again if you need further assistance.

If my response has answered your inquiry, please click "Accept as Solution" to help other users find this information.

    Cheers,

    Princess
