MYOB Payroll Summary and YTD verification report don't match

My Activity Summary and Register Summary match.

All STP reports have been accepted by the ATO.

I have not terminated any employees.

Each employee in the MYOB Employee Payroll Register Detail report has different totals to what appears in the Payroll Reporting Centre individual summary reports.

Why don't these reports match?

    Thanks for your post.

     

    When you check the Payroll Register and Payroll Activity, which report is correct? If the Payroll Activity is correct, a manual adjustment has been made, on the employee's pay history. If you could also attach a screenshot of the Payroll Register and Payroll Activity so we could look into it further. Make sure to remove sensitive information before posting in the Forum.

    Hi Doreen,

    My Payroll Summary and Payroll Register reports match. The discrepancy is in comparing these reports to the Year to Date Verification Report within the Payroll Reporting Centre.

    Thanks for getting back to us.

     

    Kindly check your Payroll Activity Summary report if it matches your Payroll Register report. Also, you may check each Payroll Category used to make sure they were assigned to the ATO Reporting Category. If changes have been made, please send update event on the impacted payroll year to update the figures.
