Help with using recovery code

Good Day,

 

One of our employee has left and has blocked our numbers. He has one of our logins authenticator code attached to his mobile. I've got the recovery code however, the guides i found online on how to use it doesn't seem to apply anymore. When I login and the authentication has been sent, it just says resend authentication instead of "Try another method"

    Hi TopendMed​,

     

    Recovery codes are a one-off kinda deal, mainly for when you're setting things up or if you’ve lost access to your main way of logging in. Once you pop that code in, the system usually asks you to set up another way to sign in but, if that’s not an option or the system doesn’t let you, no worries – we’ve got ya! You’ll just need to get your login email 2Fa reset, and our awesome team can handle that for you. Give ’em a ring or connect on live chat via our virtual assistant MOCA, to get it sorted.

    Hi TopendMed,

     

    Sending the codes over and over won't make the reset option pop up—it actually needs a little help from our team. Make sure you’re listed on the contact details for the login email, reach out to our team, and they’ll take care of it for you.

    Do i have to keep resending the codes before that option pops up? It's obviously not my email but another email login from our company 

  • Hi Princess_R​ Sorry for such a beginner question I've googled MOCA MYOB and i can't reach the virtual assistant. Also, do you mentioned to ensure that I'm "Listed on the contact details for the log-in email" Could you please provide me with a link? and also by team did you call mean the general MYOB number? Thank you in advance

    Hi TopendMed

     

    If you need help with Login authentication, you can call MYOB or check out other options like MOCA or MyAccount. Both options will sort you out. For MOCA, hop onto this link and click the purple message button at the bottom right to start chatting. For the MyAccount option, the support ticket option will only be available if you're listed as a contact on the file.
