I think you may have installed the incorrect version of MYOB to access the client's file. When you search for the Product to download, you need to scroll down the Product list until you see AccountRight v19 Standard and then choose the correct version from there. You don't need a subscription or licence as this will be in the client's .MYO file. You may still need to find out the user ID and password to log in but you shouldn't need to upgrade the file (especially if you are planning to return it to the client).
