Confirming MYOB AccountEdge Pro V12

Hi,

 

I use an old version of MYOB AccountEdge Pro V12 (Release 16.5.1A). The software is asking to confirm my file but I can't do it with the online confirmation system.

 

I have the serial number and the company file code. Can someone help me confirm my file?

    I just tried to submit a case via my account, but it says I do not have access to this page.  (I do not think I have an online MYOB account.  My software is 25 years old and I even have an old Mac desktop with old OS that I keep just to run this software.). When I first got the program and for years, when I had a problem, I called MYOB and spoke to a person--gave them my serial number and Company file number--so I don't think I've ever set up an account.  Just today, I tried to set up an account but I it seems that I cannot b/c I do not have one of the latest software options.

  • I am having trouble confirming an OLD MYOB AccountEdge file.  I have followed all the steps I normally follow. I get a Confirmation Code but the system says the code is invalid.  I am super stressed about this.  Can anyone HELP!!!

      Hi kareeweber,

       

      To resolve your issue with confirming your old AccountEdge file, you need to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount. They will be able to check your account details and assist you further in sorting this out.

  • I am writing to enquire whether this has been resolved as i am having the same issue and cant reactivate my file

      The built-in confirmation system just yields an error 503.
